Article 1 - Conditions of participation
This game is open to all individuals or adults, or minors under the guardianship of a parent. Only one entry per person is permitted. Members of the organizing company's staff, including their families and spouses, are excluded from taking part in this competition and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly. By sending a photograph of which he/she is the author, the Participant automatically enters the competition and undertakes to transfer to Terrateck all rights concerning this photograph, which thus becomes free of rights. Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic cancellation of participation and the awarding of any prizes.
In order to ensure that the competition runs smoothly, the minimum number of participants is set at 20 (twenty). Should this threshold not be reached by the initial closing date, Terrateck reserves the right to postpone the closing date, postpone the competition or cancel it.
Article 2 - How to enter
The competition runs as follows:
- Photo submission phase from participants' Instagram accounts: until July 26 at 11:59 pm.
- Participants must identify themselves as @terrateck and add the #terrateckphotoshoot to their Instagram post.
- Only one Instagram post per participant is accepted.
Selection phase by the organizer:
- July 26, 2023 to August 16, 2023 - A jury made up of members of the Terrateck company will vote for the winners.
- Winners will be announced on the Terrateck Instagram account on August 18, 2023.
