Option for JPH: depth control wheels / gauge wheels

These wheels are an accessory for the JPH towed seeder. They can be mounted on the toolbar allow to adjust the seeding depth, by setting the height of the bar from the ground.
There are maximum 59 cm between the base of the wheel and the lower part of the bar.
There are 20 cm of adjustment space so the minim height will be 39 cm.
