The soil block presses are an innovative and simple solution for sowing vegetables and flowers in a nursery. The soil block press creates individual soil blocks with indentations for each seed, eliminating root shock caused by transplanting and providing a high germination rate and easy flowering. The roots are naturally pruned by contact with air. Made of sturdy galvanized steel, these soil block presses are one of the most efficient and cost-effective nursery tools available, requiring no maintenance. The 4-block model is the most versatile in the range. It produces four 5cm compost blocks at a time with a single hand movement, thanks to its spring mechanism. Cube inserts can be mounted to leave indentations for transplanting mini blocks from the 20-block model. It is also possible to mount pegs to create holes for cuttings or larger seeds. Please note that seed pins are included with this product, but cube inserts and pegs must be purchased separately if needed.
